We're hiring for a Float Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to cover the Tulsa metropolitan area!
Location: Multiple Centers – Travel Required
Employment Type: Full-Time

Reports To: Area Director of Clinical Services

Your Role and How You'll Make a Difference
We are seeking a Float Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team. This unique position provides in-person clinical oversight to clients and behavior technicians across multiple centers. As a Float BCBA, you will play a critical role in ensuring consistent, high-quality ABA services by covering caseloads during leaves of absence, vacancies, new clinic openings, or special area coverage needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a rotating caseload of clients (1,000–1,200 therapy hours/month)
• Provide clinical oversight, supervision, and program modifications (~12% supervision or 25–30 billable hours/week)
• Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and monitor client progress
• Train, coach, and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Implement individualized parent training programs
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Support onboarding BCBAs, DeNovo clinic growth, and area coverage needs
• Attend clinical and administrative meetings
• Ensure compliance with all legal, ethical, and documentation standards
What We Are Looking For
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, in good standing with BACB
• State Licensure (LBA) as required — TX and OK mandatory
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel between assigned center locations
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly, and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent sitting, standing, walking, and fine motor tasks
• Ability to work in a variety of noise levels, from low to occasionally loud
• Comfort with both administrative and active clinical responsibilities
