Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and utilize data-driven decision making
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Train, supervise, and mentor behavior technicians and support staff
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in staff trainings, clinical meetings, and program development
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with funding and regulatory requirements
• Support parent training and family engagement initiatives
Administrative & Leadership Duties:
• Supervise and evaluate behavioral therapy staff performance
• Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and professional development
• Assist with clinical oversight and program coordination in school settings
• Ensure staff compliance with organizational policies and procedures
• Collaborate with leadership on clinical processes and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Active BCBA or BCaBA license in the State of Wisconsin
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a caregiver background check
