Location: Clermont, Lady lake, Leesburg

Job Type: Contract

Hands On Behavior LLC is seeking a passionate BCBA or BCaBA to join our growing team! We provide high-quality ABA services to children and young adults (ages 2–22) in home, school, and community settings. We currently have cases ready to start immediately in Clermont, Orlando, Kissimmee, and Davenport, and clinicians can choose the areas that best fit their schedule and preference.

This role is perfect for clinicians looking for flexibility, competitive pay, and meaningful work making a real impact.

Responsibilities: Develop and oversee ABA treatment plans, provide direct services as needed, supervise and train RBTs, analyze data to monitor progress and adjust programs, collaborate with families and professionals, maintain accurate documentation, and follow BACB ethical guidelines.

Qualifications: Active BCBA or BCaBA certification (required), work authorization (required), Level 2 background screening (required), Florida Medicaid Provider ID (preferred), bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
