What You'll Do
• Deliver 1:1 ABA services in clients’ homes using naturalistic, evidence-based methods
• Utilize play and daily routines to teach communication, social, and adaptive skills
• Follow data collection and goal implementation systems designed by your case supervisor
• Maintain communication with the clinical team through in-person and Telehealth formats
• Support each child in building independence, joy, and lasting success

Who We're Looking For
• Afternoon availability required: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• At least 6 months of experience working with children or individuals with developmental delays preferred
• Bachelor's degree or RBT certification Preferred
• Valid CA driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Able to pass DOJ/FBI background check
• Open to feedback, team collaboration, and skill development
• Must be physically able to engage in play-based services (e.g., sitting, running, floor time)
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply
