Job Description

e Are Looking For:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) to join our team. The successful candidate will provide direct intervention to clients as well as supervise Behavior Technicians under the oversight of a BCBA. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and delivering individualized intervention to youth with developmental disabilities, utilizing evidence-based ABA technologies to promote skill development and autonomy. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are working towards BCBA certification and are passionate about improving the lives of others while making a meaningful difference.

Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized care plans to ensure the highest level of client care and support.
- Utilize behavioral management techniques to address challenging behaviors and promote positive interactions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and administer comprehensive treatment plans.
- Provide neuro-affirming client support in various settings, including the home, community, and clinical environments.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, adhering to HIPAA regulations.
- Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions and track progress towards goals
- Administer & score assessments w/BCBA oversight
- Draft proposed treatment goals & updates w/BCBA oversight
- Supervise Behavior technicians w/BCBA oversight
- Continually assess client engagement and priorities, adjusting expectations as appropriate with the supervision of the BCBA.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to confidentiality and client privacy.

Required Skills:
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, including those with complex needs.
- Skilled at implementing individualized treatment and behavior plans.
- Proficient with accurate data collection, program fidelity and HIPAA compliance.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and the importance of accurate and detailed documentation.
- Reliable and punctual for sessions and meetings with clients, stakeholders, and supervisors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Current LABA license or ability to secure within 3mos

Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of funding source requirements
- Prior supervisory ABA Experience
- Current LABA license through the WA State Dept. of Health
- Familiarity with digital data collection software
