Job Description

or Analyst (BCBA). This role is crucial in supporting clients in developing essential life skills and improving their overall quality of life through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.

Responsibilities
• Implement individualized treatment plans based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Collect and record data on client progress, behaviors, and responses to interventions.
• Educate clients and their families about behavior management strategies and techniques.
• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as needed.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with the supervising BCBA to adjust treatment plans as necessary based on data collected.
• Utilize medical terminology appropriately when documenting client interactions and progress.
• Provide support to clients in various settings, including home, school, or community environments.

Qualifications
• RBT certification is preferred, but training may be available for those not yet certified but wish to enter this field.
• Experience working with children, particularly those with behavioral health needs, is preferred.
• Knowledge of behavior management strategies and techniques is essential.
• Familiarity with medical records management and HIPAA compliance is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis principles.
• Ability to effectively collect and analyze data related to client behavior and progress.
• Excellent communication skills for educating clients and families about behavioral interventions.
• A compassionate approach to working with individuals facing behavioral challenges.
