In the role of Regional Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will be instrumental in enhancing educational and behavioral outcomes for students across multiple Spectrum school locations. Your expertise will guide and mentor a dedicated team while ensuring adherence to best practices in behavior analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive training and continuous support to educational staff in creating effective Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Evaluate and enhance the quality of instructional and behavioral support services provided to students, ensuring superior outcomes.
• Model and reinforce effective teaching practices aligned with Individualized Education Plan (IEP) goals to promote student growth.
• Implement evidence-based interventions that foster positive academic, social, emotional, and functional outcomes for students.
• Provide crisis management support for students exhibiting challenging behaviors and develop strategies to mitigate reliance on 1:1 staffing.
• Work closely with on-site education teams to analyze student behavior, monitor progress, and ensure responsive interventions.
• Conduct regular quality checks across campuses, producing insightful recommendations for improvement.
• Support the development of on-site teams through training on behavioral assessment, interventions, and crisis management.
• Guide staff seeking BACB certification under the supervision of the Program Director or VP of Behavior Services.
• Assist in creating and executing improvement plans for campuses to elevate student performance and staff effectiveness.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss behavioral needs and strategies.
• Ensure compliance with Department of Education regulations and internal standards.
• Maintain thorough documentation of assessments and interventions.
• Provide operational support focused on academic achievement, behavior support, and staff development.
• Take on additional duties or projects as necessary to support organizational objectives.

Qualifications:
• Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, behavioral therapy, special education, or a related field.
• Currently licensed or in the process of obtaining a BCBA credential.
• Preference for candidates with an education specialist certification.
• Valid CA state driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain certification in crisis management training.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles, including PBIS, FBA, and BIP.
• Experience in special education services and effective instructional strategies.
• Proven skills in working with students with diverse disabilities including emotional and behavioral disorders, and autism spectrum disorders.
• Successful track record in crisis management and intervention.
• Ability to develop and implement effective intervention plans.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills, with strong organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
