Do you fit our team and match our vision?
Our Special Education team is looking for enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologists who can provide speech therapy treatment to students in Apple Valley, Victorville, and Hesperia, CA.

Our licensed SLPs can earn $80-$90.00 per hour, depending on education, teaching credentials, licenses, and professional teaching experience.

SLPs and providers in California are part-time employees reimbursed for mileage and travel time while on the clock (tutoring session to tutoring session). Administrative time is also provided.

Minimum Requirements:
• Must have a valid California Speech-Language Pathologist License
• Must pass and clear a CA Live Scan (background check)
• Provide a Tuberculosis clearance (under 4 years old) upon hire
• Ability to tutor in person at the student's home
• Motivation and passion to help our students improve their speech, language, fluency, articulation, etc.
• Communicate ongoing student progress with parents and the case manager
• Collaborate with families on students' IEP speech needs

The logistics:
Our model is entirely 1-to-1, and our services are provided at the student's home. Our teachers, SLPs, and providers can create their schedules with the parents based on availability. Most of our services are provided outside school hours, either in the afternoon, evenings, or weekends if desired. Some assignments are available during the school day for those looking for daytime work. Teachers, SLPs, and providers can work with as few (1) or as many (10+) students as they want on their caseload.
