Behavior Technician (BT) - Flexible, Part-Time

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team in Brick Township, New Jersey. As a Behavior Technician with Imagination ABA Therapy, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs using evidence-based ABA practices.
Responsibilities:
• Implement high-quality ABA therapy services in various settings, including homes, schools, and community-based settings
• Work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collect and record data to track client progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure therapy is practical, respectful, and impactful across settings
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and therapy sessions
