· Design and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs focused on meaningful skill development and positive outcomes
· Collaborate closely with families to ensure high caregiver engagement and satisfaction
· Supervise and mentor behavior technicians and RBTs
· Work with a supportive, collaborative clinical team that values learning and professional growth
· Help build strong connections within the communities we proudly serve
