Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred).

- Current RBT certification (or willingness to complete RBT training and certification).

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for sessions.
