Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings.
- Implement treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as designed by the supervising BCBA.
- Collect and record accurate data on client progress during each session.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
- Attend regular supervision sessions and training as required.
- Adhere to all ethical guidelines and standards outlined by the BACB (Behavior Analyst Certification Board).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred).
- Current RBT certification (or willingness to complete RBT training and certification).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for sessions.
