Job Description

Key Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in a relevant field is required
• LMFT credential is strongly preferred
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience working with adults diagnosed with ASD, including those without intellectual disabilities
• Proven ability to address mental health, sensory, executive functioning, and socialization matters common to individuals with ASD

Responsibilities:
• Offer direct and consultative support services for students on the autism spectrum, promoting development and inclusion
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to tailor interventions and ensure student progress
• Develop and implement strategies for sensory regulation, executive function support, and improved peer interactions
• Maintain thorough documentation of interventions and student outcomes
• Contribute to ongoing professional development and training within the school community
