Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Provide training and support to staff and families on effective intervention techniques.
• Offer crisis support and implement Tier 2 intervention methods.
• Collaborate closely with the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) team.
• Deliver consultative services and indirect support, including potential use of Vocational Observation (Voco) for training duties.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required.
• Experience working within school settings preferred.
• Ability to provide crisis support and work effectively with MTSS teams.
• Strong communication skills for training and consulting with staff and families.
Additional Information:
• This is a contract position based in Pittsford, NY.
• Both full-time and part-time candidates will be considered.
• Flexibility to perform indirect/consultative duties is a plus.
