Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and individuals with developmental disabilities. In this role, you will lead behavioral therapy interventions, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans rooted in applied behavior analysis (ABA). Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and strengths.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles tailored to each client’s goals.
• Deliver evidence-based behavioral therapy interventions to children and individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to track progress and inform treatment adjustments.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency across settings.
• Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and support staff to maintain high-quality patient care.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations by managing confidential medical records and documentation accurately.
Experience
• Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavior management strategies, and data collection methods.
• Experience conducting intake assessments, patient evaluations, and behavioral health diagnostics.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance standards.
• Prior work in special education or related fields involving working with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating effectively with families, team members, and other professionals.
