Job Description

ll help make a positive impact on the development and progress of the children we serve.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA
• Provide 1:1 therapy to children in both individual and group settings
• Collect data on client progress and behavior
• Assist with implementing strategies to increase socially significant behaviors
• Work closely with families to support progress both at school and at home
• Participate in team meetings and supervision sessions as needed

Qualifications:
• Current RBT certification is preferred, but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred)
• Prior experience working with children, especially those with autism or other developmental disabilities, is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for working with children and helping them achieve their full potential
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions from supervisors
• Must be reliable, punctual, and flexible

Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will work closely with children on the autism spectrum, providing direct therapy from 8:45AM - 12:45PM under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Your efforts will help make a positive impact on the development and progress of the children we serve
