Job Description

• Monitor and document student progress through data collection and analysis
• Collaborate with educational staff and families to promote consistency in behavioral strategies
• Assist in developing behavior intervention plans tailored to student needs
• Maintain professional standards and follow ethical guidelines for behavior technicians
Qualifications and Experience:
• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Experience working with children in an educational environment preferred
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, staff, and families
• Ability to maintain accurate and timely data collection
• Patience, empathy, and a commitment to student success

Location: Wolcott, Connecticut
Type: Contract position

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated RBT to make a meaningful impact in a school environment. Interviews are available on Friday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

  • The role focuses on implementing behavior intervention plans and assisting students in achieving their individualized goals through evidence-based techniques
  • Deliver one-on-one behavior therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Monitor and document student progress through data collection and analysis
  • Collaborate with educational staff and families to promote consistency in behavioral strategies
  • Assist in developing behavior intervention plans tailored to student needs
