Job Description
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adolescents in a home setting under BCBA supervision. This is a great opportunity for individuals passionate about working with children and growing within the ABA field.
Schedule:
• Monday from 12:30PM to 4:30PM, Wednesday and Friday from 12:30 PM - 6:30 PM
• Part-time position
Pay Rate:
• $20–$30/hour based on experience and qualifications
Responsibilities:
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services in the home
• Implement behavior plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect session data and complete documentation
• Support communication, social, and daily living skills
Qualifications:
• RBT certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Experience working with children with ASD
• Experience with Early Intervention
• Strong communication and professionalism
• Reliable transportation required
