Job Description
n-person experience serving an elementary caseload, focusing on supporting students speech and language development within the school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver individualized speech and language therapy to elementary students.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on student needs and evaluations.
• Collaborate with educators and school staff to support student progress.
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports.
• Participate in IEP meetings as required.
• Provide services independently without supervising Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs).
Qualifications:
• Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) holding CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) or working under a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
• Experience working with school-aged children preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative school environment.
• Must be available for in-person service delivery in Camas, WA.
