Job Description

• Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to individual student needs.
• Supervise and support staff, including Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), in the implementation of behavior plans.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to maintain consistency in behavioral strategies across environments.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to monitor student progress and modify interventions as needed.
• Actively participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, offering ABA expertise and recommendations.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
• Current and valid BCBA certification.
• Experience working in school-based or educational environments is preferred.
• Strong skills in conducting FBAs and developing effective BIPs.
• Ability to provide supervision and training to RBTs and other staff.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with educators, administrators, and families.
• Proficient in data collection and analysis related to behavioral interventions.

• This position is based in Meriden, Connecticut, within a school environment.
