Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Assist young adults with autism in achieving their best adult life.
• Develop and periodically adjust behavior plans for students to ensure goal progress.
• Train direct support staff on behavior management, program systems, and procedures.
• Collaborate with the Transition Academy professor on classroom management and behavior in various settings.
• Work with the Director on client scheduling and programming.
• Ensure safety and welfare of clients and staff.
• Collaborate with leadership and external professionals to drive innovation.
• Advocate for students and promote our client's programs and mission.

Schedule:
• 40-hour work week with flexible hours.
• Weekend on-call rotation approximately every 3 weekends.
• Onsite in Denton/Little Elm.

Requirements:
• Passion for making a difference.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team.
• 2+ years of experience working with people with autism or neurodiversity (Required).
• Master's Degree (Required).
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or BCaBA (Required).
• Experience working with adults preferred.
• Commitment to consistent attendance, reliable transportation, and a valid driver's license.
