Requirements:
We only accept candidates with a clean Level 2 background check. This position is for in-home or center Applied Behavior Analysis services, not drug rehab or mental health tech. You must either be a Registered Behavior Tech (RBT) registered with the BACB or have completed the 40 hour course and have your competency assessment and test appointment date set.
Additional Requirements:
• Commitment to become certified and maintain the certification as an RBT, including having an active supervisor and meeting the annual requirements for Medicaid.
• Track supervision hours and annually renew the RBT certification as mandated by the BACB to maintain the certification.
• Work 1:1 with patients in the home, school, clinic, and community settings.
• Work ethically and with integrity while following the BACB Ethical Code.
• Collect and maintain accurate data and clinical notes utilizing data collection software.
• Review and implement consultation/supervision note recommendations.
• Consistently implement treatment plans with fidelity (under BCBAs direction) and prepare program materials; treatment protocols that include a wide variety of domains such as toilet training, communication, social, and adaptive living skills.
• Participate in ongoing training, evaluations, and meetings, as required.
• Understand and adhere to HIPAA policies
• Adhere to time and attendance policies and maintain a record, in good standing, of regular and reliable attendance and punctuality, to provide quality and consistent patient care
Education:
High school or equivalent (Required)
Bachelors in related field (Preferred)
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!

- •We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work daytime and/or evening hours, up to 40 hours per week, in St
- •An RBT is a paraprofessional certification in behavior analysis, who assists in delivering behavior analysis services and practice under the direction and close supervision of a BCBA
