Position Qualifications:
• Current RBT certification in good standing, or ability to attain certification within 3 weeks
• Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, Sociology, or related field preferred
• Experience with high intensity maladaptive behaviors
• Ability to communicate effectively in a collaborative setting
• Experience implementing behavior intervention plans
• Work 1:1 with students who have behavioral needs
• Implement behavior intervention plans
• Assist in training school staff & model correct implementation of BIPs
• Work collaboratively with staff and BCBA
