Provide one-on-one ABA sessions in-home and in community settings Deliver data-driven care following treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA Monitor client progress through electronic data collection (training provided) Participate in supervision, clinical team meetings, and case reviews Promote skill-building and positive behavior for children and adolescents What You Bring:
Current RBT certification (or eligible to complete training) 6+ months as an ABA Therapist or 1 year supporting children with autism or developmental disabilities Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset High School Diploma or equivalent required Must pass a background check Perks & Benefits:
