Innovations In Learning, PC, is a comprehensive agency offering a range of services for individuals with developmental disabilities and related needs. Our offerings include intensive ABA services for children with Autism, Behavior Management therapy for individuals enrolled in the Waiver program, adult Day Services, and outpatient therapy for both children and adults. We utilize evidence-based interventions with measurable goals to monitor and ensure treatment effectiveness. Our main center in Merrillville, Indiana, houses our intensive ABA program and Adult Day Services.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), located in Merrillville, IN. The BCBA will be responsible for assessing client needs, designing and overseeing individualized behavior intervention plans, supervising therapy sessions, training staff and caregivers, conducting parent education, and utilizing empirically based interventions to ensure effective outcomes. The BCBA will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client progress and quality of life.
Qualifications
• Expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Experience in Behavior Management and designing intervention plans
• Capability to provide effective Parent Education and caregiver training
• Strong foundation in Psychology and understanding developmental disabilities
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
• Relevant experience working with individuals with Autism and related disorders
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field required
