• Provide consultation and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams
• Perform progress monitoring, data analysis, and maintain thorough documentation
• Collaborate with Individualized Education Program (IEP) teams and participate in meetings as required
Qualifications and
Experience:
• Active BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) required
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with school personnel and families
Schedule and Setting:
• Full-time schedule (37.5 hours per week)
• School-based environment within the Atascadero area
