We’re recruiting FT and PT Behavior Technicians, Certificated Behavior Technician and Registered Behavior Technicians to join our team in Silverdale, Washington.

Your Role: ABA Technicians provide specialized behavioral intervention services for clients with autism spectrum disorders. Our center's Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) will supervise you to provide individualized therapy sessions for each client. You will be responsible for collecting data, writing session notes, and debriefing with caregivers daily.
Needed Attributes: Must be able to effectively communicate with many different types of people, and able to adjust to different communication and learning styles. Flexibility, patience, and organizational skills are imperative. Must be able to remain calm if client exhibits aggressive behaviors.
Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED
• Capable of working independently, exercising sound judgment and decision-making skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion pertaining to the work environment and clients’ care
