Job Description

 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). They will be contributing to the improvement of individuals' lives by promoting positive behavior change and skill acquisition. The center offers up to $135K per year for full-time roles, with additional opportunities for clinical leadership. Full-time positions include paid time off (PTO), medical, dental, and vision insurance. Part-time positions are also available.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments to identify target behaviors,
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment findings,
• Monitor and analyze behavior data, making data-driven decisions to modify intervention strategies as needed,
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and behavior plans,
• Foster a positive and supportive work environment, promoting collaboration and open communication, and
• Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians, ensuring effective implementation of behavior plans.

Qualifications:
• Board-Certified Behavior Analyst,
• Active NE license (if you don't have it, we have a licensing partner that can help you obtain it),
• At least 1 year of experience,
• Spanish speaker (preferred),
• High organizational skills, and
• Effective and compassionate communication skills.

Job Schedule:
• Part-time: 1 3 days per week, at least 10 billable hours per week (preferred)
• Full-time: Monday to Friday, 36 48 hours per week, at least 25 billable hours per week

Compensation:
• Full-time: up to $ 135,000 per year, with additional earning potential for clinical director roles
• Part-time: $100 per billable hour
