Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide direct support to students with intensive behavioral needs, including students who exhibit physically aggressive behaviors
• Implement behavior plans under the direction of the BCBA
• Engage in ongoing data collection and analysis with the BCBA and special education team
• Support skill acquisition and academic goals, including implementation of academic accommodations
• Attend and participate in student behavior meetings
• Maintain active CPI, CPR, and First Aid certifications
• Be flexible with building assignments, as placements may shift throughout the school year; placements may shift from elementary to secondary hours, for example
• Ensure fidelity of interventions and consistency across settings
• Maintain RBT certification and accurately document supervision hours per BACB requirements
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
• Fully certified RBTs by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Must be fully certified by April 1, 2026, to be eligible to interview for one of the RBT positions
HOURS/SALARY:
• Monday - Friday
• 35 Hours Per Week
• Member of the Clarkston Paraeducator Association, MEA/NEA
• Additional $3.00/hour while in the RBT position
• Appropriate placement on the current Clarkston Paraeducator Association, MEA/NEA Contract
