Job Description
• Apply ABA principles to special needs classroom
• Provide a clean, organized, and functional classroom environment conducive to learning
• Plan, organize, and instruct clients in group and individualized settings
• Utilize teaching strategies and interventions, and maximize allocated instructional time to increase student learning
• Incorporate a wide range of instructional materials and learning dynamics into educational plans
• Ability to compose effective correspondence both written and verbally
• Collect, manage, monitor, and analyze data for academic and behavior objectives and goals
• Communicate effectively with students, educational personnel, classroom staff and other providers daily
• Collaborate with the classroom assistant, Speech/OT and ABA therapists assigned to the classroom
• Attend all classroom events
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
