SPECTRA is a Licensed Facility School that serves children with ASD and other developmental disabilities. Our students range in age between 6-21, and have a wide array of communication skills, from those who utilize augmentative devices to communicate basic needs to those who use verbal language but need assistance with social communication.
Compensation - $80,00.00 - $94,000.00 annually (full-time)
Staff Schedule - Full-time (40 hours per week). Part-time will also be considered. (Operational Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm).

Qualifications
• Certified as an ASHA Speech Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP)
• Licensed as a SLP in the State of Colorado
• Licensed with the Colorado Department of Education (or willing to obtain)
• Preferably at least one year experience as an SLP, or direct experience with ASD population
• Experience with AAC Devices
• Conduct evaluations and assessments
• Generate clear and effective treatment plans geared towards individual needs.
Responsibilities
• Provide speech therapy services to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Utilize knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology in therapy sessions.
• Implement early intervention strategies for patients with speech and language disorders.
• Collaborate with school staff and parents for pediatric patients' comprehensive care.
• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare team members.
