If you're a skilled BCBA looking to grow in a flexible, encouraging environment, we'd love to connect.
We're looking for a dedicated BCBA to join our clinical team. You'll assess clients, design treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate closely with families to help children succeed. Monitor client progress through data review and observations
Lead caregiver training and provide ongoing family support
Stay up to date with ABA best practices and contribute to team training
Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Active BCBA certification
• 2+ years of experience with autism and developmental disabilities
• Comfortable working in various settings (home, school, community, clinic)
• Proficient with electronic data collection and reporting systems

Bilingual in English and Spanish
Flexible scheduling - set your own hours
Services provided in a variety of settings (in-home, in-clinic, in-school, telehealth)
Occasional evening or weekend availability for family training may be required
Physical activity required (e.g., sitting on the floor, kneeling, standing)

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
