Job Description
Location: Orange, California (Flower St, 92868)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM availability required

About the Role
Join a remarkable team dedicated to making a difference in the lives of children with Autism. As an Associate Behavior Therapist at Accel Therapies, you'll be at the forefront of transforming lives through tailored, effective therapy.
• Engage and Inspire - deliver 1:1 therapy sessions using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Track Progress - collect data on every goal, every day, with seamless tech tools
• Make a Difference - help children learn meaningful skills, from verbal communication to social interactions
• Team Collaboration - work closely with experienced Program Supervisors and BCBAs who will support you throughout your journey
• Continuous Learning - we believe that greatness is built through experience and education
Who Are We Looking For?
• You are at least 18 years old (required)
• You hold a high school diploma or GED (required)
• You have full-time availability from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday (required)
• You possess your own reliable transportation
• You are reliable, communicative, and eager to learn
• You love working with kids and any experience in childcare, tutoring, or therapy is a plus!
• You exhibit a playful, patient, and positive attitude
