Position Summary
As the BCBA / Clinic Supervisor, you aren't just managing cases—you are shaping the clinical culture of the New Port Richey location. You will oversee clinical operations, ensuring that every intervention plan is rooted in heart and clinical integrity. This role offers a unique opportunity to mentor staff and advocate for families within a holistic, interdisciplinary framework.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership & Strategy
• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and develop highly individualized treatment plans.
• Design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans based on the latest ABA research.
• Maintain high standards of documentation and HIPAA compliance while monitoring client outcomes.
Mentorship & Operations
• Oversee clinical operations and supervise a team of dedicated behavior technicians.
• Provide hands-on training and support to staff and caregivers on best practices and behavior management.
• Support and mentor student analysts, fostering the next generation of top-tier clinicians.
Qualifications
• Certification: Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
• Experience: Expertise in working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly young children.
• Clinical Skills: Proficiency in diagnostic evaluations, medical terminology related to behavioral health, and data-driven intervention.
• Soft Skills: A warm, approachable, and team-oriented spirit with a deep commitment to ethical care.
