Job Description
instruction and implement behavior reduction protocols grounded in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities across home, school, community, and clinic settings.
• Conduct assessments, develop and modify treatment programs, deliver interventions, and prepare progress reports to support client goals and track treatment outcomes for assigned cases.
• Monitor and review client data and progress to ensure treatment goals are being met and make program adjustments, when necessary, in collaboration with the supervising BCBA.
• Provide ongoing supervision, coaching, and performance feedback to BTs/RBTs regarding data collection procedures, reinforcement strategies, and behavior interventions.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers during home visits to review progress, provide parent guidance, and ensure consistency in intervention strategies.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation, including session notes, program updates, and supervision records in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Attend staff meetings, in-services, treatment planning, and other meetings as requested.
• May be assigned one-on -one cases as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Masters degree or higher from an accredited university in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field or
• Bachelors degree in a related field (Psychology, Special Education) and currently enrolled in a ABA Graduate/Certificate Program
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Two (2) years of professional experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD).
• Demonstrate good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) and related computer software.
• Valid CPR and First Aid Certification
• Ability to pass background/fingerprint clearance and obtain immunizations (TB clearance).
• Reliable transportation, proof of valid California driver's license, safe driving record, proper auto insurance and vehicle registration
• Part Time (10-25 hours week)/ based on your availability
• Must be willing to travel to assigned work sites (30-45 minutes from home).
Pay: $24.80 - $29.87 per hour
Work Location: In person

Responsibilities
- •The Part-time ABA Case Manager supports the implementation of ABA therapy and is responsible for maintaining appropriate targets and goals, updating the client’s programs, meeting with parents to ensure treatment is effective, supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) assigned to their case load, and ensuring the overall progress of the client
