Pay: $22–$27 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview

As an RBT, you provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a clinic setting, working under BCBA supervision. The role eliminates long drives and fosters a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
• Deliver direct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions in the clinic as directed by your supervising BCBA
• Implement skill‑building programs using play‑based and structured teaching methods (DTT, NET)
• Collect and record behavioral data electronically using tablets/iPads after each session
• Collaborate daily with fellow RBTs and your BCBA on client progress, session strategies, and problem‑solving
• Participate in parent training sessions, team meetings, and generalization activities
• Assist with clinical assessments, materials preparation, and therapy session organization
• Follow individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and clinic safety protocols
• Maintain professional boundaries and uphold client confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)
• Step into lead therapist responsibilities when assigned
Requirements
• Active RBT certification required (or willingness to obtain certification with company support)
• High school diploma or equivalent (required); college coursework in psychology, education, or related field (preferred)
• Reliable transportation to the clinic location in South Salt Lake
• Ability to kneel, squat, sit on the floor, and lift up to 25 lbs
• Comfortable using tablets and iPads for electronic data collection
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Genuine passion for working with children with autism and developmental disabilities
• Eligible to work in the United States with a valid driver's license and insurance
