Maintains professional and technical knowledge by participating in workshops, reviewing professional publications and establishing personal networks. This therapist will primary serve the Jackson County Missouri area.

Responsibilities

  • The Functional Family Therapist I-II applies the Functional Family Therapy (FFT) model in their work, including participation in ongoing consultation with FFT LLC and the treatment team
  • The Functional Family Therapy model is an in-home and evidence based model that allows flexible hours
  • This position engages clients and families in a manner that demonstrates immediate responsiveness to family needs and maintaining a strength-based relational focus
  • Works autonomously and utilizes strong management skills while remaining flexible in changing environments
