Looking for something beyond a traditional ABA clinic?

We are launching a unique Autism Independence Program that helps autistic teens and adults apply skills learned through ABA, OT, speech therapy, school programs, and other services into meaningful real-life independence.

We're seeking a BCBA or experienced Master's-Level Autism Professional to provide oversight, staff coaching, family collaboration, and independence-focused planning.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Minimum 4-5 Years Of Autism Experience

Minimum 3 years working with autistic teens and/or adults

Experience with aggression, self-injury, elopement, emotional dysregulation, and sensory challenges

Experience developing individualized support strategies

Experience coaching or supervising staff

Ability to work independently and collaborate with families

Highly Preferred:

BCBA credential

Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, Counseling, Social Work, Human Development, or related field

Experience supervising RBTs or direct support teams

Experience with AAC, sensory regulation, and transition-age youth

Crisis prevention/intervention training

Part-time pilot role (5-10 hours weekly)

Weekday afternoons/evenings

Potential growth to 15-25 hours weekly and eventually full-time
