Job Description
part-time on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) located in Lemont, IL with some travel to other surrounding locations. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing ABA-based interventions. Responsibilities include supervising behavior technicians, providing parent education, analyzing behavior data, and ensuring program fidelity. The BCBA will collaborate with families and staff to ensure the success of each client's treatment plan.
Qualifications
• Expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Knowledge of Behavior Management and experience conducting functional behavior assessments
• Strong skills in Parent Education, effective communication, and family collaboration
• A background in Psychology, Education, or related fields relevant to developmental and behavioral support
• BCBA certification and licensure in accordance with Illinois state regulations
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children with developmental and behavioral differences is highly valued
