As an RBT, you will work closely with a supportive and highly qualified team that includes BCBAs (Board Certified Behavior Analysts), other RBTs and student interns to provide services in home, clinic, and community settings.

RBT responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Providing one-on-one direct service to children with autism in the home, community and clinic setting
• Implementing evidence-based instructional programs
• Collecting data
• Assisting with program development and material creation
• Attending and participating in team meetings
• Adhering to ethical guidelines as determined by Behavior Analyst Certification Board
• Maintaining high professional standards in service of our clients
If applicant is not yet certified as an RBT, Pediatric Therapy Clinic will provide necessary training required by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board to obtain this certification.
Pediatric Therapy Clinic provides a competitive wage (depending on experience), health insurance, 401(k), and paid vacation time.
