Job Description

loping and implementing our ABA program for individuals diagnosed with autism and other behavioral disorders . Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans in an outpatient setting.
Supervise RBTs and ensure quality implementation of therapy sessions.
Train staff and caregivers on ABA strategies and best practices.
Collaborate with psychologists, psychiatrists, and medical professionals to provide holistic care.
Requirements: BCBA certification (Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, or a related field + BACB exam + supervised experience).
Experience working with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and developmental disabilities .
Preferred Qualifications: Experience launching or leading an ABA program.
