Job Summary:
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team in Franklin County, PA. As a BCBA with Able Minds ABA, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, utilizing your expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to design and implement individualized treatment plans.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients with autism
• Provide supervision and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs)
• Implement and maintain ABA therapy programs, ensuring high-quality services and client outcomes
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to stay current with industry best practices
Requirements:
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• At least 1 year of experience working as a BCBA in ABA therapy
• Strong understanding of ABA principles, theories, and methodologies
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexibly, with occasional evenings and weekends as needed
