Job Description
al programming through data review, treatment integrity support, and program updates
• Coach, support, and mentor RBTs/BTs to improve consistency and quality of implementation
• Assist with components of assessments and treatment planning (as assigned/supervised by BCBA)
• Participate in collaboration with families/caregivers and the clinical team to support meaningful progress
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation and professional communication
Requirements
• Active BCaBA certification in good standing (BACB)
• Experience working with individuals with autism/developmental disabilities
• CPR/First Aid (current or willing to obtain by start date—your call)
• Driver’s license + reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background screening and meet payer/role requirements as applicable
