Qualifications:
• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Experience working with students in a school setting preferred
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Ability to follow detailed treatment plans and protocols
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to student success and ethical practice
