The Role: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate BCBA to join our team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of those we serve, working collaboratively with families and a supportive team of professionals. With a mix of onsite and remote work, you’ll enjoy flexibility while contributing to meaningful outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a BCBA at CALM, you’ll play a vital role in helping clients achieve their goals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
- Supervising and training behavior technicians to ensure quality implementation of ABA strategies.
- Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals to create a cohesive support system.
- Monitoring and analyzing data to make informed decisions and adjust interventions as needed.
- Upholding CALM’s commitment to cultural competence in every aspect of service delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working in ABA or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients, families, and team members.
- A passion for cultural competence and a commitment to providing inclusive, individualized care.
- The ability to work both onsite (3 days per week) and remotely (2 days per week).

Qualifications
• Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Proven experience working with children or young adults with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder.
• Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods.
• Experience conducting patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and intake procedures within a behavioral health setting.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and documentation standards aligned with HIPAA compliance.
• Ability to work collaboratively with families, educators, healthcare professionals, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—and a compassionate approach to patient care.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data effectively to inform treatment decisions.
• Knowledge of special education practices and experience working within educational or clinical environments is preferred.
