Job Description
Step into a meaningful role providing 1:1 care as a Registered Behavior Technician in a supportive school environment. Qualifications and Experience:
Active RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification required
Demonstrated experience delivering 1:1 behavioral support, preferably in a school or pediatric setting
Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
Effective communication skills; able to collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals
Compassion, patience, and adaptability working with children of diverse abilities
Excellent organizational and data collection skills
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct 1:1 behavioral interventions following individualized treatment plans
Carry out data collection and detailed progress reporting for each student
Work closely with supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and contribute to team meetings
Support classroom teachers with strategies and tools for behavior management
Adapt engagement techniques to meet students unique strengths and needs in school settings
Foster a safe, encouraging environment that promotes students social and academic skills
