Qualifications

• •Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) — required
• •3+ years of clinical ABA experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or director-level role
• •Strong knowledge of Florida Medicaid ABA policies and documentation standards
• •Experience with CentralReach or similar ABA practice management platforms
• •Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable operating in a fast-growth startup environment

• •SphereMind is building its ABA Services vertical across two Florida markets and needs a Clinical Director — BCBA to own clinical quality, RBT supervision, and billing compliance for the South Florida region
• •This is a senior clinical leadership role for a BCBA who is ready to step into a director-level seat and help build something from the ground up
• •Provide clinical oversight and supervision for all RBTs operating across South Florida ABA programs
• •Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop, maintain, and update behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• •Ensure all clinical services meet BACB ethical standards and payer documentation requirements
• •Oversee clinical documentation, session notes, progress reports, and insurance authorization renewals
• •Collaborate with the ABA Operations Director on caseload management, scheduling, and staffing
• •Serve as the clinical point of contact for South Florida families, referral sources, and payers
• •Maintain full compliance with Florida Medicaid ABA billing requirements
