Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) In-Home, Victoria, TX

Evolve ABA Care is seeking a highly qualified individual to join our team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). In this vital role, you will be instrumental in delivering intensive behavioral intervention services to children and families, making a significant impact on their lives.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct therapy during individual sessions.
• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions (e.g., DTT, PECS, NET) for children with special needs in a 1:1 setting at home.
• Assist the supervising BCBA in implementing individualized goals and checklists.
• Carry out the individualized treatment plan as directed by the BCBA, addressing areas such as self-help, independent living, gross and fine motor skills, and language development.
• Support parent and caregiver training in accordance with the client's individualized treatment and behavior reduction protocols.
• Collect and graph accurate data as instructed.
• Maintain the dignity and confidentiality of all clients, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care and respect.
• Safeguard and promote the well-being of all clients.
• Complete and submit session notes and other paperwork punctually while managing client PHI in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and the code of ethics as outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Interpret and implement clinical protocols effectively.
Required Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Education and Experience:
• Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree or relevant coursework in child development, special education, psychology, or a related field.
• Experience working with children ages 5-12 in a 1:1 setting.
• RBT Certification
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
• Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Regular interaction with parents, community members, and personnel from outside agencies.
• Potential exposure to individuals displaying physically aggressive, self-abusive, or socially undesirable behaviors.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
• This is a full-time position.
• Working days are Monday through Friday, between 12:30 PM and 6:30 PM.
• Expected

35 hours per week.
• A criminal history background check is required.
