Job Description

Locations and Hours:
Clinic- West Springfield, MA , 8:30-2:30 (M-F)
Home- Springfield, Holyoke, West Springfield, Agawam, Easthampton, Wilbraham, Ludlow, Chicopee, Northampton, East Longmeadow, Southampton, Palmer, Ware, Belchertown, Indian Orchard , 15-30 hours a week/hour differ typically end around 6-7pm

Job Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one in-home or in clinic therapy to children with autism based on ABA principles
• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Collect data and track client progress
• Collaborate with families and BCBAs to ensure effective therapy sessions

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, education, or related fields is a plus)
• Passion for working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow treatment plans
• Reliable transportation for in-home sessions
