Exciting contract opportunity available for a skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) seeking their next school-based assignment near Meridian, ID. In this role, you'll provide specialized behavioral support to high school students, fostering a positive and productive learning environment. • Active RBT certification required
• Prior experience in a school or educational setting is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills with an ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other professionals

• Commitment to upholding confidentiality and best practices in behavioral intervention
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as developed by supervising BCBA or BCaBA
• Track student progress through accurate data collection and documentation
• Support students in meeting behavioral, academic, and social goals
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure continuity of care and effectiveness of interventions
• Participate in team meetings and trainings as required
• Uphold a supportive and engaging atmosphere within the classroom setting
