• Skill in conducting functional behavior assessments (FBA) and developing effective intervention and behavior support plans
• Proven ability to train and support staff, teachers, and families regarding behavior strategies and implementation
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to efficiently serve diverse student populations
Primary Responsibilities:
• Conduct behavioral assessments, analyze results, and develop data-driven intervention plans for students
• Collaborate with educators, related service providers, and families to plan and implement individualized strategies
• Provide direct support to students as needed to improve behaviors and social-emotional outcomes
• Train school staff on behavior intervention procedures, data collection, and progress monitoring
• Monitor student progress regularly, adjust interventions, and maintain thorough documentation
• Ensure all services comply with ethical and legal standards
